My name is Mikaela Schifferle and I'm the host of the Naked Wellness podcast. I'm a former overweight yo-yo dieting fanatic turned qualified nutritionist and weight loss specialist. To date, I've personally helped more than 500 people achieve their nutrition & weight loss goals.
I love my work. I get to help amazing people transform their lives and smash all of their health and weight loss goals. It's pretty cool!
As a teenager, I spent years struggling with weight loss, dieting and binge eating, which sparked a deep passion for all things health and fitness. After graduating from university with a degree in Nutrition and Food Science, I spent a number of years working with one of the world's biggest weight-loss companies (Weight Watchers) before founding KJ Wellness; a business that focuses on using evidence-based nutrition to help people achieve their health & weight loss goals without sacrificing the finer things in life.
I started this podcast (Naked Wellness) to share some of the lessons I've learned thus far on my health journey, in the hopes that you don't have to make the same mistakes that I did. So, join me on this voyage as I speak with some of the best and brightest in the health and wellness space.
